Busy Busy!

I've just had a look and turns out I've not written anything for a month!
I've been very busy since last time working in my final collection that was handed in earlier today!

There have been many a late night working on pieces (especially those vines!) leading up to a fab photo shoot a few weeks ago. My photographer, make up artist and model were amazing, huge thanks to all of you.

I'm really pleased with how the final photo's have turned out. These are just a few I took, I'll post the professional ones after my Degree Show, open from 5th June.
This is it for my Uni work now. All handed in. Now there's just the Degree Show to organise!

Let it snooooow

Phew, handed in all my butterfly stuff and getting up to date with lecture based things - any tips on setting up a business or writing an essay on Nazi propaganda?
At least the snow came after I'd handed everything in and college didn't have to close, and it's made behind our house look pretty and when I woke up the other morning the sun was just rising and looked even prettier...
No rest for the wicked though, got to start my next project soon - Caged Things based on the song 'Whats The Use of Wings' by Brian Bedford.

Fish Mobile!

Finally finished and handed in! Hoorah!
Here it is...
All fish made of silk, real (and very painful when you accidentally stab yourself with) fishing hooks and wire and took about a million hours to make.
Hope you like :)

Hand in

Just handed the printed and embellished project in! I can get reaquainted with this thing called sleep I've kinda forgotten about.
We also got our brief for our next project - us in the FdA group are making a bag based on florals and a cushion and tea towel based on an art period. Quite exciting!
